Dreams do come true, you guys. For ages we have longed to make a bold plaid coat, and this was finally our year. After hitting dead-end after dead-end trying to source the perfect textile (most great plaids are made of 100% polyester), we finally had an epiphany. Let's make our own dang fabric!
Sometimes the best ideas are right in front of you all along.
So that is exactly what we did. We painted a big bold plaid in a harmonious pallet of colors. And the result is FUN. Painted on our fav soft cotton denim (in a perfect neutral shade) it's a piece you can grow old with – especially if you plan on being eccentric old grannies like we do.
Our Potters coats have big, easy pockets, a strong and classic collar, and endless style. True story: I wore this coat out for drinks this weekend and the chef came out to try it on. This coat will make you pop-u-lar. It's a fact.
