Did you know the island of Madeira has its own style of embroidery? Neither did we. But once you see it, you'll recognize it forever. For this print, we scanned pieces of vintage Madeiran embroidery and carefully assembled them into a colorful patchwork of stitches, flowers, and tiny details that reveal themselves the longer you look. 

The Bernie Dress is one of our all-time favorites for good reason: lightweight cotton, an easy breezy silhouette, adjustable spaghetti straps, and two side pockets (the holy grail). It's the dress you'll reach for on vacation, on hot summer days, for date night, and for those mornings when getting dressed feels like entirely too much work.

The fit is effortless, but the print does all the heavy lifting. Our favorite styling trick? Throw a tank top or bikini top over it and wear it like an outer bra. Trust us on this one.
